VSource Pty Ltd trading as Expand Smart Support regards Privacy as a serious issue and understand that when you trust us with your personal information, you expect us to protect it and keep it safe. We are bound by the Privacy Act and will protect your and your client’s personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.  These principles govern how we can collect, use, hold and disclose your personal information.

The personal information we hold is stored electronically in a secure server. We use a range of security measures to protect the personal information we hold and take all reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. 
All information is destroyed or de-identified once the information is no longer needed for any purpose and it is permissible by the law to do so.

Access to Personal Information

You can request at any time, for us to provide you with access to the personal information we hold about you. Access to your information will be provided on receipt of a written request and will generally be processed within 14 days. More time may be required for more complex requests. Your written request should be forwarded to our office at the address provided on this document.
